Located at Piton Sainte-Rose, the Restaurant Le Métis offers Creole and Chinese cuisine with typical dishes from Reunion.
Overturned bowls made up of artisanal charcuterie as well as vegetable stir-fries with chicken, beef, or smoked duck breast are the specialty of this restaurant. It also offers popular dishes such as: deer stew, fish curry, sausage rougail (pork, chicken, duck), andouillettes (pork, chicken, duck), chicken curry, ti jacques curry, baba fig curry with chicken boucané, curry vacoa cabbage with camarrons, palm kernel salad. The dishes are accompanied by rice, grains and chilli. Le Métis also has children's menus consisting of fries, nuggets, steak or even fried chicken sausage, accompanied by a drink.
