Confiserie d’Emilie (La)

Created in 1989, La Confiserie d'Emilie is located on the heights of Sainte Anne, and specializes in the processing, artisanal manufacturing and sale of jams, confectionery, and traditional pastries from Reunion Island.
The confectionery offers various typically local pastries such as honey, tie, millet candies, rouroute style, …, Creole pâtés, ember cakes and country cakes (potato, cassava, cambar, dream, banana, etc.).
The shop is open to the public Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 13:00 p.m. to 16:00 p.m. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
