The Domaine de Coco is located on the heights of the town of Saint-Benoît, 10 minutes from the magnificent church of Sainte-Anne.
It is an authentic, family farm, which extends over 11 hectares, with sugar cane as the dominant crop. Different varieties are grown there and the cutting of the cane is still done in the traditional way "by hand". Fruit trees, perfume plants and many other plant species are also present. The guide welcomes visitors for a discovery walk on the agricultural plants of Reunion Island, the culture and history of sugar cane... every day at 10:30 a.m. The Estate organizes tourist and cultural activities all year round, guided tours, educational workshops on agricultural plants and tropical fruits as well as events. Domaine de Coco offers fruity plates (5 to 6 seasonal fruits) and various “péi cakes” upon reservation.
Guided tours every day at 10:30 a.m., on weekends by reservation (for 10 people). The upper part of the farm is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
