Mr. Roulof, owner of the Plantation de la Vanille located in Saint-André, has been planting and harvesting vanilla since he was of working age. During the guided tour of his farm, he shares his experience and the tradition of planting this orchid. All the steps to follow in the cultivation are explained, from planting to selling, including harvesting and packing the pods in the workshop.
