Distillerie Rivière du Mât

Founded in 1886, La Distillerie RIVIÈRE DU MÂT is one of the oldest distilleries on Reunion Island still in operation today.
Faithful to this heritage, the Master of Distillation perpetuates this ancestral know-how with high standards and precision, allowing RIVIÈRE DU MÂT Rums to preserve their reputation over the centuries.
Located in Saint-Benoît, the Distillery produces rums from molasses from local sugar cane plantations, revealing all the richness of expression of the Reunion Island terroir.
Come and discover the Distillery, a pioneer in sustainable development and the secret of the Great Rums of La Réunion.

The Distillery has an on-site boutique, called “La Cave à Rhums”, with a wide range of iconic products.
