Mr. Philippe Morel is a farmer and passionate about cooking, plants and of course Reunionese culture. His goal at the end of this knowledge-rich day is to take you on a journey back in time. How ? By showing you around his farm and making you taste local products.

From field to plate
He shares with you his know-how, his passion and his daily life. He invites you to discover authentic Creole cuisine, over a wood fire and eaten in banana leaves. You will find flavors, fruits and vegetables of yesteryear, so many aspects "that make our island a taste paradise".

The name of this day, “from the field to the plate”, becomes more obvious after this return to the sources. And above all, after having savored the good Creole meal made with products from his farm in the upper St. Benedict.
